Capuchin Monkeys

Capuchin monkeys. Manuel Antonio National Park, Costa Rica, 1998

Manuel Antonio is a fabulous national park, and I’ll post more pics in the coming weeks. The capuchin monkeys are abundant here, and they are quite bold about snatching things from tourists. We found these two in a quiet part of the park. We tiptoed closer to them, and they were so engrossed in grooming that they didn’t notice us. I didn’t have a great lens, but I was able to blow this image up a bit via my scanner.

Tell me what you think!
